SolidariTEA Dialogue Series
What is the SolidariTEA Dialogue Series?
The SolidariTEA Dialogue Series is a virtual, brave space for Women of Color (WOC) to connect and build community. The CKM team co-facilitates a series of discussions driven by the needs of our CKM community. Though these discussions are not recorded, the CKM team takes detailed notes and make them accessible to attendees. These topics will touch on different areas of our personal, professional, and spiritual identity development. We hope that you will join our upcoming discussions and share your experiences, wisdom, strategies, and important lessons you’ve learned. If you have ideas or suggestions for future topics, please fill out the form below.
CKM encourages SolidariTEA participants to:
Listen with an open heart
Speak from personal experience
Honor diverse perspectives
Challenge and support each other
Ally Support
Though CKM is accessible to all, our events are a closed brave space for individuals who self-identify as Women of Color. Allies who do not share this identity, are more than welcome to share this opportunity with their WOC college students and colleagues. There are also resources you can utilize on this website to deepen your reflection on how you show up for WOC as a colleague, supervisor, mentor, or friend. We appreciate your support!
